Ingredients:
- 3 cartons Passion Fruit & Peach Saint James, chilled
- 4 c sparkling water
- 2 tbsp ginger juice
- Honey, to taste
- 5 peaches, pitted and sliced
- Fresh mint, plus more for garnish
- Dash of cinnamon
Directions:
- Place slices from 2 peaches and mint into a pitcher, and muddle slightly.
- Add Passion Fruit & Peach tea, sparkling water, ginger juice, and honey to the pitcher and stir. Add a dash of cinnamon on top.
- Pour into highball glasses filled with ice. Garnish with remaining peach slices and mint.
