An organic yerba mate with the fresh flavor of Saint James. The natural trifecta of caffeine, theobromine, and polyphenols delivers a steady, no crash lift. Paired with juicy, tart raspberries and a squeeze of lemon, this is the anytime pick me up that lets you find your flow- morning through night.

This is a really enjoyable alternative to the overly sweet energy drinks I’ve tried. The raspberry and lemon flavors work well together, with enough sweetness to make it flavorful without tasting sugary or heavy.I was especially impressed that the entire can has only 20 calories. It tastes much more like a refreshing flavored beverage than something I’m drinking simply for the caffeine. One thing to be aware of is that each can contains 150 mg of caffeine from yerba mate, so despite the light and refreshing taste, it provides a fairly substantial amount of caffeine. That’s something I’d keep in mind when deciding when to drink one.Overall, I really like the combination of flavor, light sweetness and low calorie count. It’s refreshing and something I’d happily drink again.
Saint James Organic Yerba Mate, Raspberry Lemon, 12-Pack 150mg natural caffeine from organic yerba mate leaves is very tasty. I love trying new organic drinks and this didn't disappoint. Great quality and a refreshing drink to add some caffeine into your day without a lot of calories.
I'm a devoted ice tea drinker and big fan of Saint James, but I'm not thoroughly familiar with yerba mate, so I was really curious and excited to try these. And they don't disappoint! They look just like the product photos and are really high quality and well made. The bottles are gorgeous, decent sized, and keep the drink cold for a good while. And they taste delicious! I'm definitely getting a lot of lemon flavor, but the raspberry is also distinctly noticeable. The two pair really well and are the perfect amount of sweet for me. I definitely find the fruit to be in the foreground and am not noticing the tea flavor as much. The fact that it's subtle is a plus for me, though, since I prefer my tea fruity.I love that they're so natural too and aren't high in calories or sugar despite being so flavorful. And the caffeine pick me up is helpful too.Overall, I'm a fan! They're delicious and a great value! Highly recommend!
Wow, this is a fantastic new version of Saint James Iced Tea. I'm already a Yerba Mate fan but I wasn't expecting that this would be the best tasting St James Iced Tea yet. It's delicious.Yerba Mate (YER-ba MAH-tay) is an Argentinian herbal tea that has more caffeine than regular black tea. In fact this bottle says it has 150 mg of caffeine, which is quite a good amount. I really need that in the early afternoon and this drink is very refreshing on a hot day. These are low-cal but not fully sugar free. I had noticed with other Saint James Iced Tea varieties I had tried that the ones that had a little sugar in them were the ones that tasted the best to me so that is part of why this does taste better to me. But the fruit flavor and the Yerba are just really well balanced and juicy. I suspect others who have liked other varieties from the same brand would love this. This is a 12 pack in the stylish and highly recyclable aluminum bottles that St James Iced Tea is known for.
This raspberry lemon yerba mate has become an easy cold drink for me. The tea flavor is light, it's only slightly sweet, and it tastes especially refreshing after chilling. The 12-pack comes in 16 fl oz bottles. Each bottle has 20 calories and 3 g total sugar, including 2 g added sugar. That amount of added sugar is pretty minor to me. The bigger thing worth keeping in mind is caffeine. The listing says 150 mg per bottle, and the label lists organic caffeine separately in the ingredients along with brewed yerba mate. Even with 150 mg, it didn't affect me the same way coffee sometimes does. I didn't have trouble sleeping after one bottle. Still, I count it toward my total caffeine for the day instead of treating it like regular tea.The one small annoyance is the cap. Mine was surprisingly hard to twist open. I had to use a lot of force and try four or five times before it finally moved.I'm keeping a few cold in the fridge. The low sugar and mild taste work well, and I'll just remember to count the caffeine.
